As we begin to wrap up season 3 of the Hearts Unleashed Podcast, we are launching the Growing Gratitude Series. For many reasons, this series is perfect for the month of November.
As we peak into some of our greatest Collective challenges of the year, head into the holiday season, and feel the year coming to a close, we may find ourselves in a bit of a funk. It could be that we've been feeling stuck and bogged down for a few days, weeks, months, or even years.
In this Friday Fill Up, I am coaching you on ways to clear the gunk and get out of the funk! You know how much I love gratitude and I know that gratitude cannot be naturally reached before shedding layers of energetic blocks that keep us in a rut.
This ain't cha Momma's gratitude lesson. We are going to get down and dirty and I am going to give you some on the spot coaching to get out of this funk and back into your natural state of gratitude.
Experts encourage gratitude practices because they have studied and proven to be the pure magic of positivity. Where the real sorcery lies is within the sword of the tongue.
The language we use carves our world. It slices and shapes our reality and we are hardly aware of exactly how sharp that knife is. Words are energy that turn into matter and when we spew hate, blame, and complaint without regard, we manifest more of the same.
When we speak powerfully and empower others and our circumstances with our word, we create a reality that supports our world view. "Being in touch with reality" is completely relative because there are 7 billion people experiencing the world in 7 billion ways. Realizing that your word truly creates your world will set you up for success in your daily life.
In this 15 Min Fill Up, I am talking about speaking patterns that diminish your power and block you from abundance. I also give you a few tips on how to level up your language. So if you are ready to create your world and shape it to be great, tune into this episode of the Growing Gratitude Series.
You can take your power back from your past and find gratitude for the path your life has taken. This often feels like a bold statement to make when I am not talking face to face with a person, and it feels like an important point to make nonetheless.
When we experience trauma, it causes a wound that often stays open or heals incorrectly. If you broke a bone and ignored it, it would likely heal itself in a way that inhibits your functioning. It may slow you down, cause you pain, and prevent you from doing things you would like to.
This is the same on an emotional level.
When we neglect our emotional wounds, we are limited in our rage of emotion.
We may struggle with trust issues. Our faith may become limited. We may have certain fears embedded in us because of these traumas and they prevent us from living in our present reality. This is how and why so many people sabotage being loved and cared for fully. Beyond that, the projection of our past skews our vision in our present and future and can further limit our range of motion into possibility, joy, play, and abundance.
An invitation of this 15 Min Fill Up of the Growing Gratitude Series is to shift your pain into purpose and discover how your past has prepared you to be the gift that you are. Join us to start shifting today.
Over the course of the Growing Gratitude Series, we have been taking a look at the hard and sticky stuff blocking you from your access to gratitude. In today's episode, I am teaching you how to access gratitude with ease, grace, and flow.
We are done doing the hard work and it's time to enjoy the fruits of your labor.
Gratitude is ready and waiting for you to relax right into it.
So don't want for Thanksgiving Day to be grateful.
Tune into this 15 Min Fill Up to fill up on gratitude without a reason or season.
