240: Sleep Meditation
Disclaimer: This is not an 'episode' to listen to while driving or operating machinery. We are breaking the mold on the podcast today to bring you a highly requested sleep meditation!
There is no intro or outro on this meditation so that you may use it for napping, deep relaxation, and falling asleep at night. This is a mediation that you will want to come back to again and again to release the energy of the day and drift softly into a full night's rest.
