Can you do it? Can you use "No" as a one word sentence? This is an episode that further reinforces boundaries and maintaining them.

A lot of us have been raised and conditioned to think saying no to the requests and demands of others is bad or selfish. There is also a built in expectation to validate your No and I am here to tell you that is not actually necessary. You might be working harder than you have to and stressing yourself out more than necessary. It CAN go different for you. You do have a choice.

This 15 Min Fill Up is an opportunity to take a look at the inner workings of the choice to decline something - and without justifying why. Say hell yes to this episode to learn how to say No today!
