Tamara Fogle was born in 1992 in a small town in Iowa. She grew up in what seemed like a box and knew very little about the bigger world around her.
As she reached adulthood and began to explore more, she quickly realized there was more to life than small town camaraderie. She realized everything in her life was essentially chosen by her and until she became clear about this idea, she settled for less than she deserved. Throughout her transformation journey she began to disconnect from the idea that her worth was determined by external sources.
She then started to learn about her true potential as the woman she is here and now. In the process, she discovered who she is and where her worth comes from. Worth, or value, comes from within. Once she discovered that she was enough right now, she began to flourish.
In her first book, she teaches, guides, and inspires those who are eager to recognize their worth, but might have trouble getting there. Fogle is an author who will make you laugh, cry, and learn to prosper all at once, while sharing personal details that will resonate and empower.
