I definitely intended to interview her about herself and her journey and this episode inadvertently also became a testimony for the hidden gem of a town, The Little City by the Lake, Whiting, Indiana. 

Having lived in Whiting her entire life, Carol has seen many seasons, phases, eras, and shifts of her beloved hometown and has contributed to the community for the majority of her life.
