I want to be a leader you can count on to look towards in scary times. I want to be here for those of you committed to maintaining peace, harmony, compassion, and love in a phase of disruption, hysteria, and deep anger.
We will move through this but not before we all learn how to look, listen, and love.
Times of separation are ending.

Your loving heart needs to be unleashed. The world needs your leadership.
In light of the last week, I recorded a last minute extension of the Mortality Series to address the issues that have surfaced the last few days.
I couldn't hear anything else as I numbly watched the rest of the recording of George Floyd's death after I heard officer Thao attempt to appease the gathering crowd saying "if he can talk, he can breathe."
This statement struck me because he was so distracted by assuring the crowd that he forgot to insure the safety of George Floyd pinned underneath officer Chauvin's knee.
Despite his pleas, Thao let the sound of Floyd's voice be the 'all clear' that he was just fine.
My people. We. All. Do. This.
We assume that become someone can talk, they can breathe.
We assume that because they can breathe, they can function.
We assume that because they are showing up to work, school, or life in general, that they are 'fine' and we should assume that they don't need anything (especially support).
Well, that isn't true. George wasn't alright.
Many of us are not alright and we don't find out until it is far too late.
It is time to start truly checking into this human experience.
You can buy all the books and read all the articles OR you can start looking inward and truly into the eyes of the people around you.
You know that you know you can recognize when someone is not alright and it is time we start paying more attention.
For some support on how to start making this shift, tune into this 15 min fill up now.
During this time of crisis in the world, there are so many people experiencing loss; the loss of a loved one, the loss of a job, the loss of a relationship, or even the loss of hope.
Things coming to an end is a natural part of life, yet people seem to be afraid to talk about it, which is why I decided to open up the conversation in the new Mortality Series on the Hearts Unleashed Podcast to empower the conversation about and welcome a new concept around death, dying, and things coming to an end.
We must check back in to life.
We must check in on each other.
We must check in and be more honest with ourselves.
Before it is too late.
Take responsibility for your role in the evolution of humanity so you can step up to make the difference you came here to make.
Here at Hearts Unleashed, we are committed to guiding you through that process.

This Mortality Series is so much more than a conversation about death and dying.
It is a conversation about life beyond death. It is a pathway 'home.'
I won't stop telling you how passionate I am about death because I know all of the potential it provides to live.
Your ability to process mortal and ego death intentionally gives your soul a chance to flourish on this physical plane.
If you can be with death without fear, you can learn that you don't have to die for your soul to be free!
Your ego has to die for your soul to be free!
I want to educate and train you about this because the more you overcome your ego controlling your life and choices, the more it will morph in order to maintain control over you. This is an essential awareness you must master in order to truly maintain peace and power.
I wanted to record this entire series to build you up to these next few episodes that will support you taking charge in your life. I am committed to teaching, empowering, and walking with you as you put your egos/identities in the back seat and your hands back on the wheel of your life.

Founder of the Exodus Coaching Ministry, Timothy has been coaching for 15 years, walking hand in hand in the divine to support people discover who they are individually and who we can be collectively.
Timothy takes the time to share with us many perspectives about understanding ego and ego death, or as he more gracefully refers to it as release and laying to rest.
Timothy explains how appropriately grieving the loss of old identities can help us unbecome who we have been conditioned to be and evolve, elevate, and transcend into our more authentic, divine selves.
This conversation can lead you into the unlived life that you've always felt, sensed, or dreamed of.
He explains how our ability to identify the various versions of us can also help us detach from them so that we may fulfill our most divine will.
This episode is an opportunity to express our authentic love and become more connected to one another, our purpose, and our contribution to humanity as a whole.
This is a great episode if you are feeling ready to shed some emotional weight and live lighter everyday.

In this episode, I am giving you some fresh perspectives and understanding that ego means way more than you might think.
We all have various identities that have been shaped by our past, often control our present, and dictate our future.
This can be a recipe for disaster if we stay unconscious to this fact.
In order to become a deliberate creator in your life, you must identify and detach from these versions of you that are not you at your highest and best.
Understanding ego can set you free to discover your higher self, accept the most authentic version of you, and unleash your potential.
Join us for both episodes this week about ego and ego death to unbecome the you you have been conditioned to be and evolve into the you you came here to be.
