While doing my own coaching work year and a half ago, I realized how long and hard I had been working to attempt to fix myself. It dawned on me as something I had never seen before. It woke me up to an entirely new mindset. I saw how I had always been searching for the broken part of me so that I may extract or fix it.
What I really realized is that I'm NOT broken. I'm perfect, whole, and complete.
Once I accepted that I am an amazing gift, all there was to do was continue to discover and refine the fullest version of myself! In today's episode with Ontological Life Coach, Jenn Shull, we discuss the ever so important difference between self improvement and self mastery!
Having a hunger to grow is a natural part of the human spirit. We all love our comforts and the idea of getting settled in to situations. For decades and generations, you can see the pattern of settling down and then honoring the natural call to keep forging forth.
Consider the settlers of America as a common example. Making their way across the United states. They would naturally settle in and soon enough, begin covering new ground. It is NOT a new pattern and you are not alone in your thoughts, feelings, and emotions. It is in our nature to keep conquering new heights!
When we settle for settling down we often feel called to grow. Today's conversation completely normalizes that natural urge to level up in life and Jenn brings to light some amazing conversation and insights about your next growth phase! This is such a great conversation for those of you hearing your heart whisper 'there's more to life' and asking 'what's next?'
If you're ready to discover what's next tune in today! This Friday Fill Up will fuel your leveling up in life! From business to relationship to wellness and self love, Ontological Life Coach, Jenn Shull shares the difference between self improvement and self mastery!
THERE IS ALWAYS ROOM FOR GROWTH. Self mastery is aligned with further discovering our fullest self and constantly evolving into who we know ourselves to be naturally.
Jenn, Founder of The Bold Thing also normalizes the way we as humans adapt every time we level up and then become comfortable again. It is in our nature to want to stay comfortable and it jolts us alive to begin growing again!
The whole point of Hearts Unleashed is to grant humans permission to be themselves and have fun creating our biggest lives!! This episode is all the permission you want to keep elevating unapologetically and with power, grace, and light.
Join us for this #FridayFillUp to really fill up on some excitement to begin stretching again!
